I have a question that some pepole have asked already. But I wanted to give detail's about my problem thats been making it pretty hard to find a job! Two and a half years ago I was found guilty of possetion of contorled subtince (less than two grams of pot)and possetion of a insterment of crime (pipe) all this at one time. I since have served a year probation and paid some fines. I NEVER failed any drug test INCLUDING hair test and I have the recoreds. I have since gone back to school to get my G.E.D. And I now would love to back OTR as well, I just miss it.

I am 24 yrs old, I have two years OTR exp. (reffer dry van). I still have a "cdl the same one". As far as traffic ticket's? I had a speeding ticket about 7 mth ago (6 over)and thats it. Is there any hope for me? Yes I made a mistake and have paid for it "in full". I am a good driver a safe driver. and will work hard for anyone that might be willing to give me chance. Any help at all and I would be most greatful. Thanks for your time Jeff

The problem is that Federal lay says you can't drive OTR if you been convicted of a drug or violent crime violation. And even though the drugs we're never in your system, and you have a clean driving record, a criminal investigation will show that you had this in your past.
