  • "Guaranteed Home Time" policy will insure that you are able to see your family when you want! You are guaranteed 1.5 days off for each week out! CRST also offers one of the newest fleets of tractors and equipment in the industry. Our average tractor is only 16 months old!
  • "20/10 Program" pairs three professional drivers up in an area to maximize your time on the road as well as at home. Two drivers are on board the truck at all times with the team routed through the home area every 10 days to switch drivers. In other words, you work 20 days while having 10 days off at home. Due to efficiency of the truck, drivers in this program earn similar paychecks to teams working a full month.
  • Superior "Driver Safety Program" with the driver in mind. "Comfort Zone" policy allows drivers to determine whether to run in poor weather conditions or when fatigued.
  • "No Chain" policy means drivers never have to chain up and run in snow/ice.

We are so concerned about a driver�s safety that each CRST driver has the authority to make the go or no-go decision. If a driver does not feel the driving conditions are safe or if a driver is tired and does not feel comfortable running the load, then he or she can make the decision to pull over and shut down � and there are no questions asked. When you log as many miles as CRST drivers do all over the nation, this policy is critical to our success.
