Barr-Nunn Transportation pays Company Drivers & Owner Operators Rand McNally Milemaker Practical Mileage Pay.

Company Driver Bonus = 1800 Valid 6/30/08 to 7/18/08

NE Regional drivers get $.40 per mile with 1 to 4 years of verifiable OTR experience & $.41 per mile with 5 years or more of verifiable OTR experience.

Trucking Employment Assessment Monitor (TEAM)

-Barr-Nunn Terminal Locations:
 Granger, IA/Washington Court House, OH/Charlotte, NC/ Manchester, PA

Compensation (with verified OTR experience)

  • $.40-$.41 per mile starting BASE pay
  • Practical Mile Pay
  • $.44/$.88 Power Pay
  • $600 Appreciation Bonus
  • $.02 per mile 401k contribution
  • Drivers earn $.005 per mile with raises every 60,000 safe miles driven
  • Superior driver referral program

Teams

  • 1/2 of your solo rate + 2.5 cents per driver
  • Teams average 22,000 to 25,000 miles per month

Band Pay For Shorter Hauls:

Company Driver Short-Haul Pay Schedule
1-100 miles = $.88 per mile
101-200 miles = Base Pay + $.10 per mile
201-300 miles = Base Pay + $.04 per mile
301-400 miles = Base Pay + $.03 per mile
401-550 miles = Base Pay + $.02 per mile

Additional Compensation:

  • Up to $3,500 for First-time Truck Buyers
  • Company drivers earn $20-$30 for each additional drop or pickup
  • Barr-Nunn $600, where Barr-Nunn company drivers receive a $600 Appreciation Bonus every 60,000 miles.
  • Additional pay for hand load/unloading
  • Detention Pay after 2 hours @$10 per hour
  • Paid Weekly -- either direct deposit or Comcheck with Cash Advances available
  • Extra pay to go into New York City (No Forced Dispatch into NYC)
  • Two day orientation - travel, motel, meals, physical, and drug screen all paid.
